Dr. Mehdi Asali, the head of International Energy Research, said OPEC seems to cut its output ceiling to prevent the oil price fall if crude price declines within the next 2 years.
Asali went to say at present time the limit over oil supply and the rise of demand brings the growing oil price.
He regards the US annual economic growth rate of 3.5 to 4 percent as the other factor influencing on the rise of oil price.
Asked about, at the present circumstances, it is better OPEC increase its output capacity or decrease, he asserted OPEC should assess the rate of world's demand to rise the output, because surplus production could cut the price.
